After completing her bachelor’s degree in athletic training, Brittany moved to Norfolk to be a full-time athletic trainer at a high school. It was a great mission field that allowed her to encourage coaches and student-athletes to hold fast to their faith in their lowest and highest moments.
Seven years later, Brittany felt God nudging her to apply for a position with FCA and realized he had been preparing her for this opportunity for many years.
Brittany is now dedicated to taking steps toward fulfilling the FCA vision in northeast Nebraska. And she realizes it takes a team effort. “Following God’s lead on who and what that looks like is a very humbling experience.”
What excites Brittany about FCA is seeing God move, organically not systematically, in people’s lives. “To see the moment where people see the vision God has for them to reach their circle of influence with the gospel and feel equipped to do it is so encouraging.”
Brittany lives in Norfolk and enjoys sharing her space with a pure white (minus two black hairs) husky mix dog named Luna. She enjoys spending time with friends and serving at her church. If there are two things she loves most—after Jesus, family, and friends—it’s anything related to coffee and movies!
