Linda Roh

Linda is a graduate of Westside High in Omaha and attended the University of Nebraska at Omaha where she played basketball and studied math and computer science. Linda went on to be a math and computer science teacher as well as a basketball coach. Linda married Rick Roh while still in college and volunteered with FCA for 20+ years while being a teacher, coach, and mom to their 3 (now grown) children. After teaching and coaching for many years God moved Linda from a volunteer role with FCA to a full time staff position in Kearney.
Linda has a deep passion to see the world of sport impacted for Jesus. Coming to a saving relationship with Jesus through the ministry of FCA, Linda has a deep longing to see those who may not be exposed to the gospel through traditional means hear the good news of Jesus through the medium of sport. Reaching out to people where they are and then helping them to understand how to use the gifts and talents God has blessed them with for His glory and to worship Him brings great joy.
Linda says, “Our world has a universal language in sport and it excites me to see how sport can bring the good news of Jesus to all the nations.”
Linda has been married to Rick for 30 years. Their 3 children are all married and have one amazing grandson. Linda loves to travel the world and visit her children and grandson.
