Melissa grew up in the Nebraska Panhandle. Her introduction to FCA came while attending Nebraska Wesleyan University in Lincoln. While serving on the FCA Leadership Team in college, she also met her husband, Matt. After returning to the Panhandle in 2010, Melissa served in numerous ministries and assisted in planting a church. Through these involvements, God grew her heart and desire for building genuine Christian community to advance His Kingdom. Ultimately, that passion led back to FCA with Melissa joining staff in 2021.
