Zack was born in Dallas Texas but graduated from Franklin, NE and then the University of Nebraska at Kearney. He was a teacher and coach at Southern Schools for 16 years where he helped with FCA at Southern and eventually became the Huddle leader. It didn't take long for him to realize that he loved teaching others about Christ and shortly thereafter applied to be on staff at FCA.
Zack is passionate about sharing the Gospel with coaches and athletes.
He is quoted as saying “I love watching coaches and athletes grow in their relationship with Christ and seeing the impact it has on their school and community.”
Zack met his wife Cari in third grade and they eventually became high school sweethearts. They have two daughters, Marlee and Piper, who will next year both be in high school. They love spending time together as a family, sports, and shopping.
