Luke gorsett
Pastor Luke Gorsett came to Nebraska in 2005 to play baseball for the University of Nebraska, where he earned multiple honors before being drafted by the St. Louis Cardinals. In 2008, God radically changed his life through the witness of a teammate and the ministry of a local church.
Luke helped plant Emmaus Bible Church in 2012 and has served as Senior Pastor since 2018. He lives in South Omaha with his wife and seven children and is passionate about preaching God’s Word and encouraging athletes to pursue excellence for the glory of God.
